Skin Food's Aloe Sun BB Cream

I got a sample of Skin Food's Aloe Sun BB Cream from skinfoodbestprice, and I loved it so much that I just had to share my review with you guys~
skin food aloe sun bb cream
"A multi-function BB cream that protects skin from UV rays and moisturizes skin with aloe extract, while achieving a clear, radiant skin tone."

This BB cream applies easily and is super lightweight.  It really makes my skin look & feel completely naked!  It's also very moisturizing, I had some dry patches of skin that were gone after just one day of use.

It has really decent coverage.  Some red spots & imperfections may require extra application, and using a concealer beforehand would probably work better to achieve even & flawless looking skin.  #1, "Radiant Skin" was a great match for my fair skin, and the overall effect was truly radiant & bright.

This BB cream has a slightly dewy, almost matte finish.  You could probably even go without a finishing powder if you'd like!  Even without a primer, it's really long-wearing and stays put all day without any oiliness at all.  How amazing is that?

Like all of Skin Food's products, it's made with natural ingredients and has a light, fresh, pleasant scent.

Overall:  4/5

After getting such bad results with Skin Food's Mushroom BB Cream, I was wary of trying this...but I ended up being really impressed, I actually like this one a lot!  I can't get over how natural it looks & feels.  The fact that it keeps my skin from getting oily all day is also a huge plus.  I'm really considering purchasing this product!

  1. Did you use a finishing powder when you tested it out though?

  2. How would you compare it to Missha's Perfect Cover though? Like is it a more natural look than that? Same type of coverage?

Sorry for so many questions, just curious because this sounds really nice :>

    1. It is more of a natural look, since the formula is thinner...but the coverage isn't AS good. Also Missha's #21 is more of a warmer color than Skin Food's #1, but that's nothing some good bronzer can't fix!

    1. BB cream is the best! I hope that they will come out with some darker tones too. Now that BB creams are becoming more widespread with Sephora brands releasing them, there may be hope!
